You will provide technical expertise across our application portfolio, resolving incidents, supporting upgrades, improving data quality and helping operational teams deliver effective services.Key DutiesProvide expert support across Hyde''s application portfolio, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.Lead investigations into high-priority, recurring or complex application, integration and data issues, identifying root causes and recommending long-term fixes.Support approved configuration, minor enhancements, testing, upgrades, patches, releases and post-implementation validation.Investigate data quality and reconciliation issues, produce reports, data extracts and analysis to support business users and service teams.Work collaboratively with technology teams, suppliers and stakeholders to strengthen application stability, resilience, automation and service quality.Why Join ..... full job details .....
