This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in software testing, application support and problem solving who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain business-critical web applicationsPerform manual testing of applications using test cases and checklistsLog, track, and manage software defects through to resolutionAssist with troubleshooting and issue investigationProduce and maintain technical documentationWork closely with internal teams to improve system performance and user experienceSupport continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process enhancementsEssential Skills and Experience2 years'' commercial software QA experience within a web-based environment2 years'' experience in manual application testing Experience with defect tracking and bug management processesStrong technical documentation skills with excellent written EnglishGood working knowledge of:Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and charts)Microsoft WordMicrosoft PowerPointStrong attention to detail and analytical thinkingExcellent problem-solving abilitiesEffective time management and prioritisation skillsStrong written and verbal communication ..... full job details .....
