Noble Recruiting is delighted to advertise the role of Application Support Specialist Role: Tosupport and maintenance of our client''s business applications including core housing applications, mobile solutions, digital applications and online services to ensure they are managed and maintained to the required high standards of performance and availability. Key responsibilities and accountabilities Maintain and support the business applications including core housing applications, mobile solutions, digital applications and online services to ensure high levels of availability, user satisfaction and efficient operation of the company''s IT business applications. Provide 2nd line incident resolution, problem solving and problem management for business applications. Contribute to developing improvements to applications which are causing recurring business operational issues. Take ownership of problems and proactively resolve technical problems, ensuring that services are maintained and restored to meet agreed business requirements. Manage the patching and lifecycle maintenance of business applications, arranging deployment, testing and transition of application releases. Participate in the planning and implementation of processes, policies, procedures of service delivery to ensure systems provisioning and maintenance can meet agreed business requirements.
