Application Support Engineers - 2nd Line and 3rd Line Support

Our client is currently looking for experienced Application Support Engineers to join their team, supporting critical IT and operational technology environments. Location: BillinghamContract: 6 Months (Outside IR35) Possible extensionOur client is currently hiring for two different Application Support roles at varying levels of seniority:Level 2 Application SupportLevel 3 Application SupportKey Skills and ExperienceStrong experience with Windows Active Directory (AD)OT (Operational Technology) and hardware support experienceApplication packaging and deployment experienceClient development/support backgroundPrevious Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry experience preferredStrong troubleshooting and incident management skillsResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2 or Level 3 application and infrastructure supportSupport and maintain Active Directory environmentsTroubleshoot application, hardware, and OT-related issuesAssist with application packaging, deployment, and upgradesWork closely with infrastructure, development, and operational teamsEnsure systems are maintained in line with operational and compliance standards GCS is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
