As part of a growing and evolving digital function, you''ll help shape reliable, high-quality services that improve everyday experiences for citizens. About the role You''ll support and maintain business-critical applications, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Working as part of a developing Application Support function, you''ll help ensure services are stable, secure and continuously improving. This is a hands-on role where you''ll work closely with delivery teams, suppliers and business users, playing a key part in how platforms are managed, optimised and developed over time. What you''ll be doing Provide day-to-day operational support for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications Manage system configuration, access and routine maintenance Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents Support users and provide guidance on best practice Work with developers, testers and suppliers on live services and releases Maintain documentation, audit trails and operational processes Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability and user experience Contribute to secure, compliant and well-governed services What we''re looking for Experience supporting or managing enterprise applications (ideally Dynamics 365 or similar) Strong understanding of system configuration, data handling and ..... full job details .....
