Application Support Engineer - DV ClearedOur client is urgently looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join their team on a contract basis, initially for 6 months with a view to extend.Please note, the role is OUTSIDE of IR35. You must hold live UKIC DV. The role is on-site 4 days per week in Gloucester.Application Support Engineer - Key Skills: Must hold a live UKIC DVUnderstanding of networking and software architecturesUnderstanding of structured text formats: JSON, XML, CSV The below skills are nice to have: Exposure to programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, and GoAPI definitions: Swagger/Open API 3Shell ScriptingAWS or other cloud platforms'' administrationSite Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles Infrastructure as code and configuration management tools (eg Terraform, Ansible) CI/CD pipelines and automation practices Understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting systems Kubernetes - cloud or on-prem Application Support Engineer - DV Cleared Due to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
