This is a hands-on 2nd line application support role, working as part of a small specialist team responsible for supporting business-critical banking applications. The role will involve investigating and resolving application incidents, managing service requests, responding to system alerts, supporting production changes and working closely with internal teams, business users and third-party suppliers.
