Application Support Analyst - Permanent - Hybrid - £39,000 to £46,000 plus benefitsWe have an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join a growing financial services company. You will be responsible for providing support on their internal applications such as their CRM plus others.This is a hybrid role based from their office near London Bridge where you will be needed onsite 2 days a week on average.What you will be doing:Provide 1st and 2nd level technical application support to end usersManage relationships with key stakeholders as well as with the external MSPMonitor service levels and ensure SLA''s are metSupport with MI reporting and service catalogue managementWhat they are looking for:Proven application support experience with SaaS based applicationsA general understanding of Azure and ideally some SQL knowledgeFinancial Services industry experience would be advantageousExcellent team working and stakeholder management ..... full job details .....
