Overview
OXI are looking for an ambitious technical analyst with a minimum of 2 years commercial experience supporting ERP solutions. Working closely with the Enterprise Applications support team and key user base, reporting directly to the Technical Manager. You will be responsible for supporting existing and testing new ERP customisations and integrations, ensuring the smooth running of our ERP system and assisting with new site implementations. You will manage and prioritise your workload based on severity and impact to the business.Responsibilities
1st and 2nd line support of ERP system (SyteLine), Doc-Trak, Shop-Trak and associated applicationsTrain users on best practices to drive consistency in processesLiaise with 3rd parties as needed whilst maintaining ownership of incidentsAssist in new site setups and related projectsInterrogate data using SQLAid with the identification of opportunities to improve business processesSupport wider Enterprise Applications team with troubleshootingSetup new users and manage ERP securityMaintain up to date technical documentationAssist with testing new functionality before releaseRequirements / What You''ll Bring
Bachelor''s degree in a relevant subject2+ years'' experience supporting enterprise-level ERP systemsStrong SQL skillsExperience with Infor products and/or SyteLine (highly desirable)Knowledge of manufacturing or engineering industries (desirable)Exposure to PLM applications (desirable)Excellent communication and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple complex projects and adapt to changeA proactive, user-focused mindset with a desire to learn and growPersonal Qualities
