Application Support Analyst - D365
I am currently working with a large manufacturing organisation who are looking to grow their current application team with someone to focus/specialise on their D365 environment, ideally with background in finance/sales/marketing modules.This will be 1/2 line application support, ideally resolving most incoming requests/tickets but also learning/developing once escalating to the senior team for any complex issues.Ideal background/knowledgeKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications at multiple levels. Able to provide 1/2 line support across D365, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely and professional manner.Experience of bespoke/off the shelf applications would be advantageousMaintain and update support documentation and resolution logsEnsure business continuity through prompt issue managementCross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver strategic system initiatives.Side notes; Great opportunity to develop/progressFlexible working, 2 days on site in ..... full job details .....
