In this role, you will play a key part in onboarding and configuring vital data products to ensure operational users can seamlessly leverage the platform. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, handling product configurations, testing system functionality, and managing operational ITIL processes. Key Responsibilities Product Configuration: Configure and manage data products using templating languages ( Handlebars.js / Moustache.js ) and layout markups ( Typst ). Product Onboarding: Collaborate with Product Managers, Service Delivery Managers, and stakeholders to support the end-to-end product onboarding journey.
