This position is a non-technical first line support role. You''ll join a small team responsible for managing and monitoring user management services, driving proactive service support, and maintaining operational excellence. First line support is responsible for the effective onboarding, offboarding and movement of users within MDTP. Ensuring users have access to the applications required to build digital services.
