Applications EngineerWest Midlands | Permanent | Up to £40,000 per annum | HybridOur client are looking to onboard an Applications Engineer on a permanent basis to help with the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System. The right candidate will play a central role in the configuration, support and continuous improvement of a WMS platform. Key responsibilities: Providing first-line support to end-users and resolve application-related issues. This includes also scanners, printers and data exchange with customers (EDI)Assisting in the configuration, testing, and deployment of new WMS solutionsParticipating in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projectsDocumenting processes, configurations and user guidesMonitoring system performance and proactively identifying areas for improvement Required experience: 3+ years of experience in application support or software implementationKnowledge of warehouse or logistics processes is a strong plusKnowledge of ProWMS (Principal Logistics WMS) is a strong plusStrong written and spoken English language communication skills Due to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
