Application Engineer

We''re working with a leading engineering company seeking an Application Engineer to act as the technical link between customers, sales, and product development. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on engineering, problem-solving, and direct collaboration with both internal teams and clients.You''ll support customers throughout the product lifecycle - from pre-sales consultations through to post-sales troubleshooting - ensuring products meet their technical and functional needs. You''ll also provide key technical support to the sales team, helping translate complex requirements into workable engineering solutions.Day-to-day, you''ll use your CAD expertise (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) to design and modify 3D models, develop technical drawings, and produce detailed manufacturing instructions. You''ll also be involved in generating hydraulic/electrical schematics, and applying FEA tools to support design validation.This role involves regular interaction with manufacturing, engineering, and dealer support teams.
