Application Development and Support Analyst Taunton, Somerset (Office-based - Hybrid-working after the probation period) Up to £40,000 per year Plus 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Bonuses, etc. Skills and Experience: Development experience using Visual Basic (VB) or similar Experience with workflow Scripting and automation within a case management or business system Experience of screen, document and form creation and maintenance Understanding of database management principles Ability to create and maintain workflow and technical documentation Comfortable working in a role that combines system development and general IT support Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues You must have experience with visual files or similar case management systems this is absolutely essential. SQL experience highly desirable.
