Application Development and Support Analyst

Harris Fowler is a specialist Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence law firm, where our IT department plays a vital role in driving operational efficiency and innovation. We are seeking a technically minded individual to join our IT team as an Application Development and Support Analyst. This is a primarily office-based role in Taunton, Somerset, with hybrid working available following successful completion of probation. Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Taunton. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and developing our legal case management systems, providing day-to-day IT support across the business, and helping to improve business processes through technology. Experience with Visualfiles is highly desirable; however, we''d also like to hear from candidates who have developed or supported similar workflow or case management systems and are keen to learn and develop within our environment. Job Description Develop and maintain Visualfiles workflows, forms, templates and automation Support and improve the firm''s legal systems and business applications Produce reports using SQL, Power BI and Excel Provide day-to-day IT support to colleagues Assist with system upgrades, testing and implementations Support third-party system integrations Create and maintain technical documentation Deliver user training where required Essential Skills and Experience Development experience using Visual Basic (VB) or similar Experience with ..... full job details .....
