Our client is a leading AI-powered SaaS company that helps businesses unlock the full potential of their first-party data. Their platform transforms complex data into actionable intelligence, enabling clients to drive revenue growth and optimise decision-making. They specialise in Finance, Retail, Travel, Telco, and Healthcare, working with major household-name brands. Currently serving clients in four countries with two live products and two AI solutions in development, this is an exciting time to join as they scale rapidly.

We''re hiring an Application Developer to build and run the Customer Portal — the single, client-facing access point to the company''s products and tools. The role has grown out of Power BI work and still includes it: you''ll build embedded, story-led visualisation that brings AI outputs to life. But it now goes wider — hands-on application development, building the portal and the tools inside it, and integrating AI outputs and agents using MCP. You''ll build and deploy on a modern web stack (Vercel and similar) and own the portal in production. These aren''t internal dashboards — they''re licensed, client-facing assets that have to be beautiful, robust, and genuinely valuable.

• Build and run the Customer Portal as the single access point to the company''s products
• Develop front-end applications and tools end to end: wireframe, build, test, deploy, run, iterate
• Integrate AI outputs and agents into the portal using MCP in a governed way
• Build embedded Power BI and analytics visualisation using DAX and SQL with strong UX
• Deploy and manage on a modern web stack (e.g. Vercel), keeping the portal reliable in production
• Turn complex analytics into clear, intuitive interfaces that support better decisions
• Run client demos, walkthroughs and training to drive adoption
• Partner with data science, data engineering and architecture teams
• Track usage and iterate on design based on real client feedback

• Strong front-end development (React or similar modern JavaScript framework)
• Experience building and deploying on modern web platforms (Vercel or equivalent)
• Expert-level Power BI including DAX, embedding, theming and UX
• Strong SQL — comfortable building your own data layers
• Experience integrating AI/LLM outputs or agents into applications; MCP familiarity a strong advantage
• Ability to turn complex datasets into clear, story-driven interfaces
• Strong visual design sense and usability focus
• Comfortable engaging clients directly and running live demos and training

• Experience delivering licensed or productised client-facing tools, not just internal dashboards
• Experience building and running a portal or platform in production
• Understanding of AI agents, tool use, and governed integration patterns
• Familiarity with customer segmentation, marketing or commercial performance data
• Strong communication and data storytelling, adaptable to different audiences

• Own the application and visualisation layer of a cutting-edge SaaS platform
• Work at the intersection of AI, application development and business decision-making
