Your new companyA confidential public sector organisation is seeking an experienced Application Developer - DevOps to support a mission-critical live service environment. You will join a team responsible for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing newly delivered technical services and operational capabilities. Your new roleYou will support live-service operations, contribute to the ongoing support of critical technical environments, and help improve operational efficiency through automation. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining knowledge-base documentation, developing technical procedures, automating runbooks, investigating operational issues, and working across a broad range of technologies and services. What you''ll need to succeed Experience working within a live-service or operational support environment. Familiarity with AIOps concepts and associated tooling. Experience using ServiceNow. Strong documentation and procedural writing skills. Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting capability. Ability to learn and work across a diverse technology landscape.
