In this role, you will support the administration of student complaints in line with the University''s statutory Complaints Handling Procedure, as well as assist with processes related to student conduct and discipline, academic appeals, and suspensions.Working closely with colleagues in the Appeals, Complaints and Conduct Team (4FTE), you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient handling of cases and the effective operation of the Student Disciplinary Procedure. In addition, to managing casework, you will contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes, workflows and guidance to support efficiency, consistency and service capacity.
