This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for a sizeable transactional finance team, ensuring the AP function operates efficiently, accurately and to a high standard. Alongside managing the day-to-day workload, you will help strengthen processes, improve controls and support wider improvements across the purchase-to-pay cycle. Due to the requirement, candidates will need to be available at short notice. Accounts Payable Supervisor Responsibilities Lead and support the Accounts Payable team Organise team activity to ensure workloads and deadlines are achieved Hands on invoice processing and payments Review and approve payment activity across both UK and international suppliers Ensure supplier accounts are kept accurate and investigate differences Handle supplier and internal finance queries where escalation is required Work with stakeholders to improve the flow of invoices and approvals ..... full job details .....
