Description

• Process and verify invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain and update accounts payable records and files.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing payment runs and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments to address inquiries.
• Support month-end closing processes related to accounts payable.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide additional support to the Accounting & Finance team as required.

Profile

A successful AP Clerk should have:

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a related role within the Accounting & Finance field.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel.
• An ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with suppliers and colleagues.

Job Offer

• Hourly pay ranging from -14.00 to -16.00, depending on experience.
