With continued investment, innovative new sites, and a dynamic finance team, they re on the lookout for a proactive, curious, and career-minded AP and Treasury Manager to join them on their exciting journey. For this role, they require attitude over experience. If you''re hungry to learn and grow, they re ready to back you all the way (including financial support for AAT, CIMA, ACCA, or ACA studies). The Role This is a hands-on role where you''ll manage all things Accounts Payable and Treasury, from payment runs and cash forecasting, to improving systems and mentoring two AP Assistants. You''ll be trusted to take ownership, improve processes, and collaborate across the wider business. You ll be based three days a week in Swansea and two days in Llantrisant, working with leaders who are at the top of their game and keen to bring out the best in you.
