You will support both the Finance Manager and the wider finance and commercial teams consisting of an on-site working pattern being based 4-days in the office, 1-day WFH, remotely.Responsibilities and Duties:Accurately and promptly process supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding and appropriate authorisationEnsure robust three-way matching between purchase orders, goods received, and invoices, including price verificationSupport supplier onboarding, maintaining accurate records and completing all necessary compliance checksReconcile supplier statements and proactively investigate and resolve discrepanciesPrepare and execute weekly payment runs, ensuring accuracy and timelinessAct as the primary point of contact for supplier and internal stakeholder queries, ..... full job details .....
