About the Role

We are seeking a highly responsive and commercially minded AOG (Aircraft on Ground) Specialist to join our industry leading client.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating time-critical, aircraft-on-ground movements, ensuring aircraft parts, tooling and critical components are collected, transported and delivered safely and within demanding deadlines.

This is a fast-paced role where minutes matter. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, airlines, MROs, freight forwarders, suppliers and transport partners, taking ownership of shipments from initial request through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage AOG and other highly time-critical transport requests from start to finish.
• Coordinate urgent collections and deliveries-
• Monitor shipments continuously and provide proactive updates to customers.
• Identify and resolve delays, disruptions and operational issues quickly.
• Coordinate out-of-hours, overnight, weekend and holiday movements when required.
• Ensure accurate handovers between shifts and operational teams.

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience within AOG, aviation logistics, freight forwarding, courier or time-critical transport.
• Strong understanding of the urgency and service expectations associated with aircraft-on-ground movements.
• Experience coordinating transport under significant time pressure.
• Previous experience working for a Freight Forwarder.
