This role involves the handling of time-critical Aircraft on Ground (AOG) shipments and temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical cargo, ensuring all movements are completed efficiently, compliantly, and within strict timeframes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end coordination of AOG and urgent airfreight shipmentsHandle pharmaceutical cargo in line with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) standardsMaintain cold chain integrity and temperature control requirementsLiaise with airlines, customs, handling agents, and transport providersProcess airway bills, customs entries, and relevant shipping documentationTrack shipments in real time and proactively resolve operational issuesPrioritise urgent and time-critical freight movementsEnsure full compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standardsRequirementsPrevious experience in airfreight, AOG, or pharmaceutical logistics essentialStrong knowledge of customs procedures and freight documentationUnderstanding of GDP and temperature-controlled logisticsAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and communication skillsStrong problem-solving ability and ..... full job details .....
