AOG Operator 4 days on 4 days off

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a AOG 4 days on 4 days off for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Heathrow area. Duties:- Dealing with all Air Export operations (start to finish) Completing MAWB''s, HAWB''s and Customs entries Follow up and resolve all any operational issues / customer service concerns raised by the customer Manage and maintain customer KPI expectations Research client operational history past and present, visit their website to gain knowledge of products and any developments Contribute to ongoing operational development and cost saving measures Establish, Manage and Maintain Internal and External Relationships. Required Experience:- Previous experience in export operations is essential. Experience completing customs entries from start to finish. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail. Working hours are 4 on 4 off Days 7am - 7pm As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
