reightserve recruitment are looking for an experienced AOG Export and Import people for well established and Niche sector Freight Forwarders based in Heathrow area.Job Description:-Dealing with AOG''s shipments (start to finish) - Either Export or ImportsFor Exports:-Preparing Export consignments for shipping, ensuring all consignments depart from the UK in accordance with the client''s requirements.Handle and monitor all consignments ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.Completing MAWB''s and HAWB''sCompletion of NES Customs entriesIssuing of consignment security letters and airline lodge paperwork.Dealing with overseas agents.Dealing with telephone enquiries from both internal and external departments accurately and efficiently.For Imports:-Completing Import customs entriesLiaising with Airlines, GSA''s and Handling AgentsDealing with Overseas AgentAll hours and Shifts required !As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
