Anti-Social Behaviour OfficerSalary: 32,000 - 40,000 per annumOur client is looking for an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join their Housing Team covering Oxfordshire.You will manage a caseload of anti-social behaviour, nuisance, and hate crime cases, working closely with residents, colleagues, the Police, and other partner agencies to deliver positive outcomes and create safer communities.Key RequirementsExperience in housing, ASB, tenancy management, or a similar customer-facing role.Strong conflict resolution and case management skills.Excellent communication and organisational abilities.Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Additional InformationThis is a full-time, permanent hybrid role, combining home working, office attendance, and customer visits.A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. ..... full job details .....
