You''ll partner closely with housing teams, delivering authoritative legal advice and high-quality court representation to create safer, more sustainable neighbourhoods. As a trusted subject matter expert, you''ll drive best practice, reduce legal risk, and embed fair, consistent decision-making across all tenancy and ASB services. In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities. What will our ASB and Tenancy Management Solicitor do; Lead on all ASB litigation and tenancy enforcement matters, including injunctions, possession proceedings, and complex housing law cases. Provide expert legal advice on high-risk situations such as safeguarding, domestic abuse, hate crime, and multi-agency interventions. Prepare and present robust casework, including evidence, witness statements, and legal submissions, representing the organisation in court where required. Support operational teams with clear, timely legal guidance on tenancy, leasehold, and housing management issues while ensuring full regulatory and procedural compliance.
