      <description>Location: London | Salary: 400.00-400.00 Daily | Type: Contract | We are seeking a Service Manager on a initial 6 month contract to lead an Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) service for a local authority.  The main purpose of this role is to lead all Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) and associated enforcement functions, ensuring effective prevention, investigation and enforcement that protects vulnerable residents, reduces harm, strengthens community confidence and meets statutory, regulatory and Housing Regulator requirements.  Key duties include:  Design and delivery of ASB strategy and plans Leading safety critical decisions Governance Lead a fully integrated ASB service following the merger of Localities, Housing ASB and Street Scene functions Team leadership across the ASB function Support and offer oversight of ASB cases Build relationships with internal and external teams   The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who has experience managing or leading an Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) service. You will also have experience / knowledge in:   Strong working knowledge of housing legislation and the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
