We''re currently recruiting for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join a busy team managing a caseload across Wiltshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong experience in anti-social behaviour case management, who is confident working independently and dealing with complex cases.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of ASB cases from initial report through to resolution
• Investigate complaints and gather relevant evidence
• Work closely with residents, partner agencies and other stakeholders
• Take appropriate action to address persistent and complex ASB
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure cases are progressed effectively

What we''re looking for:

• Previous experience in an ASB or Tenancy Enforcement role
• Strong case management and investigative skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confidence managing challenging and sensitive situations
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
