Anti-Social Behaviour Officer

Housing Community Safety Officer required on a temporary to permanent basis, to join a small, close-knit team, who work extremely hard to provide customer focused housing community safety for residents. Working 37 hours a week, Monday - Friday, the salary will be 34,434.Candidates applying for this role will have exceptional communication skills, with empathy but the ability to be firm, and remain implicitly organised.Duties:Work collaboratively with Tenancy Services Officers to deliver responsive and effective anti-social behaviour and community safety service to manage residents'' expectationsManage anti-social behaviour caseload of issuesGather and review intelligence and evidence, including CCTV to identify anti-social behaviour and or criminal activityCarry out visits to residents'' homes, undertaking door knocking excises, surveys, and community events offering advice and assistance in relation to community safety and where necessary, escalate enforcement actionEscalate casesCompose statements and prepare documentation that can be used in formal and legal actionProvide to victims of anti-social behaviour including attendance at CourtA range of additional tasks provided upon agency registrationBenefits: 34,434 annumPensionExperience required:Able to use lifts, climb up to 15 floors of stairs, and not afraid of heightsKnowledge or experience in housing, anti-social behaviour, community services are advantageous, however not essentialPrevious Administrative experience is ..... full job details .....
