      <description>Location: Hammersmith And Fulham | Salary: 30.00-30.00 Hourly | Type: Temporary | You will be responsible for managing a caseload of anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement cases across our housing stock and communities. The role involves investigating complaints, interviewing residents, gathering evidence, and working with internal teams, local authorities, and external agencies to resolve issues effectively. You will play a key role in safeguarding vulnerable residents, promoting tenancy compliance, and ensuring cases are managed in line with legislation, policy, and best practice. Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigate reports of anti-social behaviour, nuisance, harassment, and tenancy breachesManage ASB cases from initial report through to resolution and legal action where requiredConduct interviews, home visits, and evidence gatheringWork closely with residents, support agencies, police, and local authoritiesPrepare warning letters, witness statements, and legal documentationAttend court hearings and case conferences when necessaryMaintain accurate case records and management systemsProvide advice and support to residents affected by ASBPromote early intervention and preventative solutionsContribute to safeguarding and risk management processesAbout You We a...</description>
