You will manage a complex caseload involving ASB, domestic abuse, vulnerability and tenancy-related issues, working closely with residents, Police, Legal Services, safeguarding teams and other partners to reduce risk and achieve positive outcomes. Key responsibilities Manage complex and high-risk ASB cases from investigation through to resolution. Develop and implement effective case action plans. Use appropriate early intervention, support and enforcement measures. Prepare evidence, case files and documentation for legal proceedings. Work with vulnerable residents and victims using a trauma-informed approach. Undertake risk assessments and contribute to safeguarding and MARAC processes. Take appropriate enforcement action, including CPWs, CPNs, injunctions and possession proceedings. Attend court and provide evidence when required. Build effective partnerships and contribute...
