Develop and implement effective case action plans. Use appropriate early intervention, support and enforcement measures. Prepare evidence, case files and documentation for legal proceedings. Work with vulnerable residents and victims using a trauma-informed approach. Undertake risk assessments and contribute to safeguarding and MARAC processes.
