📍 Location: Exeter or Weston (Hybrid working available)
🕒 Contract: 37 hours per week | Temporary until September 2026
💷 Pay Rate: £20.75 per hour
Join a Team That Makes a Difference We're looking for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour & Enforcement Officer to help create safer, stronger communities by managing anti-social behaviour cases and delivering effective enforcement solutions.
Key Responsibilities ✔️ Manage a varied caseload of anti-social behaviour and hate crime cases.
✔️ Investigate complaints and identify practical, customer-focused solutions.
✔️ Work closely with police, local authorities and partner agencies.
✔️ Prepare legal documentation and attend court proceedings when required.
✔️ Build positive relationships with customers while resolving complex situations.
✔️ Provide advice and support to colleagues on enforcement matters.
What We're Looking For ✔️ Experience managing anti-social behaviour or enforcement cases.
✔️ Knowledge of court procedures and legal casework.
✔️ Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
✔️ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
