Investigate complaints and identify practical, customer-focused solutions. Work closely with police, local authorities and partner agencies. Prepare legal documentation and attend court proceedings when required. Build positive relationships with customers while resolving complex situations. Provide advice and support to colleagues on enforcement matters.What We''re Looking For Experience managing anti-social behaviour or enforcement cases. Knowledge of court procedures and legal casework. Strong conflict resolution and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
