Holt Engineering is currently recruiting for an Experienced Aerospace Anodiser to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in aerospace surface treatments and finishing processes to take on a skilled role within a clean, professional environment. Key Responsibilities:Carrying out anodising processes on aerospace components to industry and customer specificationsPreparing, masking, and treating parts prior to anodisingOperating, maintaining, and monitoring anodising tanks and associated equipmentEnsuring compliance with aerospace standards such as NADCAP, AS9100 and customer-specific requirementsQuality checking and documentation of finished componentsWorking to health, safety, and environmental guidelines at all timesSkills and Experience Required:Proven experience working as an anodiser within the aerospace sectorKnowledge of sulphuric, chromic, and hard anodising processesAbility to interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsPrevious experience working to NADCAP or similar aerospace accreditation requirementsGood communication skills and ability to work effectively in a teamBenefits:Competitive pay rates with overtime availableLong-term career opportunities within a growing businessExcellent working environment with modern facilitiesOngoing training and developmentIf you are an experienced aerospace anodiser looking for a ..... full job details .....
