Responsible for the delivery of annuity programmes within Ricoh UK, that protect and support the annuity business, ensuring the Company budget and business targets are achieved.Manage and develop new annuity programmes for all lines of business including Office Services, IT Services and Commercial Op CIP, in order to meet budget requirements.Prepare and implement long term programmes that grow and develop UK annuity revenue streams including chargeable calls, data overwrite, customer damage and smart lockers.Track new annuity streams, maintain and share accurate management information to demonstrate current and future growth.Responsible for managing and maintaining DBS checks, HDD handling databases, Customer Service expense lines and other ad hoc administration tasksResponsible for measuring the effectiveness of all annuity programmes and initiatives through leading analysis and measurement ensuring effective process and key performance indicators are in place.Responsible for all administrative duties for Regional and District service managersManager invoicing and query management for our indirect partnersWe are an equal opportunities employer

You will ideally have

In depth knowledge of Ricoh internal processesIn depth knowledge of Ricoh back office systemsExceptional negotiation skillsGood understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and AccessGood literacy and numeracy skillsIndependent and inquisitive approach to workAbility to work to tight time-scalesExceptional customer handling skills at all levelsGood presentation skillsWe are open to discussing adjustments to the recruitment process if needed.
