The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures and practical sessions in animal care. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver engaging lectures and practical workshops on various aspects of animal care, including animal health, welfare, and management. Develop and prepare course materials, such as syllabi, handouts, and assessments. Assess student performance through practical and theoretical evaluations. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress. Stay updated with the latest developments in animal care and integrate this knowledge into your teaching. Provide guidance and support to students, fostering a supportive learning environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: A degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Nursing, or a related field. Proven experience as an Animal Care Lecturer or in a similar educational role. Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of animal care practices.
