You will join as a strategic, data-driven
Senior Audience Insight Analyst
reporting to the Head of Audience Insight. You will lead analytics for digital distribution, subscription performance, and customer experience, turning complex data into clear, narrative-driven insights that influence senior stakeholders and drive real business impact.Responsibilities
Work closely with product teams to prioritise roadmap decisions.Support subscription teams in reducing churn and boosting retention.Collaborate with distribution partners on app integrations and performance.Manage and develop junior analysts.Build forecasting and ROI models for new initiatives.Support a major app transformation project launching in the next 12–18 months.Requirements
Hands-on skills with Adobe Analytics (or GA if very strong).Solid SQL knowledge.Proven ability to tell compelling data stories and visualise insights.Commercial mindset, with experience in churn, retention, or subscription analytics.Some experience managing or mentoring junior team members.Python for forecasting/modelling.Distribution analytics or product journey experience.ROI modelling and commercial decision-making exposure.Location
Hybrid - Manchester or Leeds (3 days per week).Application
