The Analytical Scientist will lead laboratory operations, manage a team of technicians while ensure accurate testing, analysis and reporting. Working within a fast-paced environment, the role combines hands-on laboratory work with team leadership and continuous improvement activities.     The Analytical Scientist will be responsible for: Managing a team of laboratory technicians supporting sampling, measurement and testing activities. Ensuring materials meet defined specifications and customer requirements. Analysing data and issuing corrective actions based on test results. Maintaining, calibrating and troubleshooting laboratory equipment. Reporting experimental results for internal and external stakeholders. Supporting fault analysis and determining appropriate testing methods.    The Analytical Scientist will have: A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
