Analytical Chemist

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a research scientist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.In this role, you will need to have an expert understanding of chemistry—a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.Benefits:This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE positionYou can choose which projects to work onYou can set your own scheduleProjects are paid hourly starting at $40+ per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume workResponsibilities:Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputsAssess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performanceQualifications:A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not requiredFluency in English (or bilingual proficiency)Detail-orientedProficient in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, and physical/temporal/spatial reasoningNote: Payment is made via PayPal.
