Job Title: Analytical Chemist- Global Agrochemical CompanyContract: 24 months Location: Bracknell Salary: 18.08 per hour SRG are working with a global Agrochemical company that are seeking a Analytical Chemist to join their busy team. They are looking for a chemistry related graduate with some industrial experience.Job Responsibilities:Prepare and analyse samples using chromatographic techniques such as GC and HPLC.Present and discuss the results from analytical studies with the relevant teams to ensure objectives are met.Plan, monitor and control work in collaboration with team leaders to meet deadlines and communicate results effectively in a timely manner. The ability to prepare and deliver progress updates for stakeholders is key to this role.Be customer-focused by actively seeking information relevant to the work in hand and discussing issues and problems with colleagues in the formulation, manufacturing and synthetic chemistry departments.Be a problem solver, with the ability to assess complex and diverse situations creatively and generate original solutions.Knowledge and understanding of a broad range of the analytical techniques relevant to the characterisation of samples is advantageous, in order to maximize the effectiveness of the team by selecting the most appropriate techniques and methodologies.
