We seek a finance, banking, or investment professional to join the Portfolio Monitoring Team. You will work closely with origination and investment teams, managing a defined pool of assets within the portfolio. Responsibilities include reviewing financial models, covenanted deliverables (financial statements, ratios, operating reports, ESG reporting), and credit ratings. You will support waiver processes, analyze risk profile changes, and prepare summaries. The role requires agility across multiple workstreams, including portfolio reporting, ad hoc projects, and investor communications.What you offer
You likely have 2-4 years of experience with the following skills:Ability to interpret financial statements and cash flowsExperience preparing financial analysis reports or memorandumsKnowledge of traditional debt characteristics and credit risk assessment for private debtFamiliarity with infrastructure asset characteristics (favorable)Strong communication skills, both written and verbalExperience working with financial modelsUnderstanding of due diligence processes and verifying assumptionsKnowledge of debt documentation (a plus)Entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity to drive change and initiativesWe welcome anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
