Analyst - HR Reward and Job Evaluation

Triumph Consultants are looking for Analyst to support our client''s HR Reward and Job Evaluation project. Contract is for 3 months in London. Analyst - HR Reward andamp; Job Evaluation Pay Rate: £18.44 per hour PAYE Hours per week: 35, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 Contract length: 3 months Location: Southwark, London, SE1 7JB Hybrid Working, 2 days per week in officeKey requirements: Experience gathering, maintaining and analysing data and information, ensuring records are accurate, consistent and managed in line with agreed processes and standards. Experience using Microsoft Excel and other systems to manage data, produce reports and support analysis and decision-making. Experience maintaining records, audit trails and supporting documentation, ensuring information is secure, accessible and supports effective governance. Experience supporting role profiling, job evaluation, benchmarking, organisational design or workforce-related activity, or the ability to quickly develop knowledge in these areas. Knowledge of reward, pay, grading, people processes or workforce data, with an understanding of how these support organisational objectives and workforce planning. Key responsibilities: Maintain accurate reward, pay, grading and organisational data, ensuring records, documentation and audit trails are complete, up to date and reliable.
