Analyst - Digital Trust

We have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our Digital Trust team, based in AandO Shearman''s Belfast Office.What you will doAs part of the Digital Trust team you will be responsible for executing and overseeing key processes and maintaining core technology solutions of the identity and access management (IAM) function. IAM involves identity management, identity governance and administration, privileged access, non-human identity (NHI) management and conditional access at AandO Shearman.You will work with other digital trust team members to ensure the security, compliance, and efficiency of access management processes and controls.IAM (including PAM) tooling and platform managementMonitor IAM technology solution(s) for performance and security. Provide appropriate reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.Resolve issues relating to the IAM technology solution(s). Lead on problem resolution.Complete requests and provide support to the end users across the IAM services.Onboard new accounts to the privileged access solution and enforce controls.Develop and deliver training materials and presentations on identity and access management best practices.IAM processes and controlsContribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of end-to-end IAM controls, access policies, process flows, procedural documentation, and operational playbooks.Implement and perform access certification campaigns in accordance with IAM policies.
