The Policy, Strategy and Economics Practice supports governments and corporate clients with policy analysis, strategic advice and economic appraisal to address climate change and environmental challenges.We are looking for Analyst Consultants with a can-do approach and a background in climate science, climate policy, economics or geography to join our multi-national team. You will work on projects for clients including the European Commission, national and local governments, and international organisations. Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills and a commitment to continuous learning are required.The Role

Support project delivery through primary and secondary research, stakeholder engagement, data management and analysis, qualitative analysis, report writing and presentations.Work on multiple projects, managing time and contributions effectively.Collaborate with senior colleagues to provide actionable solutions for climate-focused policy and strategy challenges.Develop skills in research, analysis, and client-facing communication.Key Competencies And Experience

A Masters degree (or near completion) in Science, Policy or Economics, preferably with climate-related coursework (e.g., climate science, climate policy, carbon management, energy transitions, environmental policy/governance).Interest in climate change issues with a drive to advance mitigation actions and resilience.Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data for evidence-based solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).Collaborative mindset and ability to work in diverse, multidisciplinary teams.Fluency in English; Spanish required for Madrid roles; other languages are a plus.Working Here
