This is a hands-on position working on varied sites, from sports facilities to rural and commercial projects - ideal for someone who enjoys being out on site and takes pride in doing the job properly.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Operating plant (360, dumper, telehandler, roller)
• Groundworks including excavation, drainage, and foundations
• Concrete works and general site duties
• Supporting projects from start to finish as part of a close-knit team

What We''re Looking For

• 3+ years'' plant operating experience
• Valid 360 Excavator ticket (CPCS/NPORS)
• Groundworks or civils background
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable, team-focused, and proactive

(HGV licence or additional tickets are a bonus - training available)
