Duties Assist patients to board, travel in and leave the vehicle safely, treating each person with dignity. Drive responsibly between care homes, home care settings and other destinations, following agreed journey arrangements. Check that patient details and care-plan information are recorded accurately using relevant IT systems. Communicate changes or concerns promptly to colleagues and provide reassurance to patients and carers.
